ATGI was formed in 2018 to service the insurance needs of the small and independent commercial trucking industry.

 

ATGI is issuing new and renewal business and actively seeking inquiries from agents with a focus on assisting owner-operators and small fleets.  

 

Please note that MVT Insurance Services, Inc. and Amrit Singh have not been affiliated with ATGI since April, 2020.  We understand that Mr. Singh or others working on his behalf are reaching out to producers and commercial vehicle owners claiming to be acting as ATGI. Mr. Singh and MVT Insurance Services, Inc. are under a permanent court injunction barring them from holding themselves out as authorized representatives of ATGI.

Additionally, please be aware that both MVT Insurance Services and Nirmal Kaur had their insurance licenses revoked by the California Commissioner of Insurance in 2022.  According to the California Department of Insurance, Amrit Singh has not possessed a valid insurance agent license since 2014.  

Valid coverage issued by ATGI can be verified through the FMCSA or by contacting us.

ATGI does not insure commercial vehicles that are exempt from registration and insurance verification through the FMCSA and USDOT.
